nourished: nourished
nouri-shed |ˈnɜːrɪʃt| English
(adj.) refers to the state of being well-nourished or of being provided with the essential nutrients and foods required for growth, development and overall health, and means obtaining the right food to support physical, mental and emotional well-being; in a broader sense, it can also mean feeling fulfilled, satisfied and enriched in various aspects of life that go beyond just eating.
Divided into the 4 seasons
Spring
The reawakening of nature & ourselves.
As the light slowly returns, the days become longer and a fresh, new energy flows through us.
Spring invigorates us, breathes new life into our being, fills mind & body with a feeling of renewal, freshness & vitality.
In this season of regeneration & blossoming, we feel like the seeds & plants waiting in the earth to emerge into the light of day, ready to unfold & blossom with new strength.
Summer
The time of strength, activity & abundance.
With the increasing warmth & brightness, a liveliness spreads that fills both nature and our inner selves.
Summer nourishes us, touches our senses & provides mind & body with a feeling of abundance, joy & energy.
It is the season of growth & full bloom. The long days invite us to embrace life in all its fullness, with all it has to offer.
It is a time of joy, celebration & gratitude for what is.
Autumn
The harvest, the letting go & the transition.
As the last days of summer gently fade away, autumn emerges with warm colors.
It is the time of harvest, when we gather the rich gifts of the earth & at the same time begin to let go of things & slowly turn inward again.
winter
The time to rest, nourish and pause.
In winter we are surrounded by a special silence that gives us space to reflect and regenerate.
This time of year invites us to slow down, find comfort in cozy moments and do something good for ourselves.
Even in the cold, it gives us a feeling of peace & calm. By adapting to the natural rhythm of winter, we recharge our batteries, revitalize our bodies & recognize the value of regeneration and the simple pleasures that a warm home offers
Immerse yourself in a world of nutrition that is both scientifically based and deeply rooted in the wisdom of our ancestors.
Nourished Through The Seasons takes you back to a diet that is in harmony with the rhythm and cycles of nature.
