Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Delivery is made from our warehouse in Germany to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Germany:
Shipping costs: €7.50
Free shipping on orders of €99 or more

Austria:
Orders from 0 to 10 kg = €9.80
Orders of 10.1 kg or more = €14.07
Free shipping on orders of €99 or more

Switzerland: 
Orders from 0 to 5 kg = €13.60
Orders of 5.1 kg or more = €15.50

Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain:
Shipping costs: €12.90

Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia:
Shipping costs: €17.50

Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden:
Shipping costs: €28.25

Bulgaria, Greece:
Shipping costs: €48

Delivery of Digital Content:

No shipping costs apply to digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be made available to you via a link sent by email.
This email containing the access credentials for the digital content will be sent within 48 hours of the contract being concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery of the goods will take place within 3–8 business days; for international deliveries, within 3–8 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction) .
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
