Returns & Refunds

We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

You have the option to return your order within 14 days.

A return is possible as long as the book is unopened and still in its original shrink wrap.

To register a return, please use our returns portal:

There you can enter your order or tracking number to create a shipping label for the return. You can then print this shipping label and attach it to the package.

Once we have received and checked the return, the refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

Please note: Digital products (eBooks) are excluded from cancellation, as access is granted immediately after purchase.
