Divided into 4 trimesters

1st trimester - the beginning of a new chapter

3rd trimester - withdrawal, surrender & letting go

In these quiet weeks, the mother feels herself letting go and preparing for the transition to motherhood. It is a phase of devotion, of saying goodbye to the old and of taking a courageous step towards transformation that will change life forever.

4th trimester - the time of transition, healing & new beginnings

The postpartum period, often referred to as the postpartum period, is a phase of profound transformation and healing - a time of retreat, comparable to winter, in which rest and regeneration are the focus. While the body gently regains its balance after pregnancy and birth, nutrient-rich foods and loving care play a crucial role. In many cultures, this special time is celebrated with warmth, nourishing rituals and mindfulness to promote the mother's healing, strengthen her strength and prepare her for the challenges of motherhood.
